This is done to understand the existing business activities, organization structure & milieu and future plans for expansion.

Understanding the position specific skill sets & competencies:

This would include designation, formal job title, deliverables & KRA’s, principal accountabilities, hierarchy & reporting structure, career progression for the candidates & compensation.



Narrowing down on the target candidatesSTEP 3

Segmentation of the potential candidate population:

With a focus on the KRA’s, industry experience & exposure of the desired candidates our consultants arrive at a consensus regarding the segments from the industry where we would find our required candidates. 



Industry & Company Mapping.STEP 4

Industry/Company Mapping:

Segmentation of the potential candidates is followed by Industry and company mapping where our consultants decide and make a list of the players in that particular industry.



People MappingSTEP 5

People Mapping:
Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we utilize our resources to prepare and arrive at an initial candidate list if possible. If not possible then we use paid databases, job postings, professional and social media networks like Linkedin and Facebook to take our search forward.



First Shortlist of CandidatesSTEP 6

First Shortlist:

Arrive at the first short list of candidates.



Assessment & EvaluationSTEP 7

Assessment & Screening:
Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools such as Thomas Profiling




For suitable candidates we prepare a short script evaluation questionnaire, which summarizes the questions that we need the prospective candidates to answer. These answers help us assess if the candidates meet the KRA’s, competencies, educational and career requirements of our clients. This information is also shared with the client if asked for.



Reference CheckSTEP 9

Reference check:

Our consultants can carry out reference checks and fill up appropriate reference forms. If required, we can also get the reference check done through appropriate authorized agencies.



Follow upSTEP 10

Post hiring follow up:

Depending on the clients requirement we get feedback from the candidate about his level of satisfaction in the new organization etc. This is of course kept confidential serving the best interest of both the parties.

  1. Retainership based consulting - We undertake retainership based consulting when a position is of strategic importance to the client organisation and the organisation needs dedicated resources to fulfill the position ASAP. We allocate a team of consultants with a Sr. Consultant at the helm to ensure that the recruitment deadlines are met and the position is closed with in the time frame allocated for it. For a retainership based consulting we work exclusively for the client on an assignment and close the position; and
  2.
